Little Max has collected three Mash’ems, and they go everywhere with him. He is particularly fond of his Angry Bird, because he likes to squish it so that its beak protrudes. He begs me to make sound effects with each squish, and then belly laughs ensue. He’s somewhat disappointed in his TMNT Shredder character, because part of the helmet has been torn off. Max is not easy on toys. Mash’ems and Fash’ems are rated for 4+ years, but they seem to be suitable for slightly younger children who no longer put objects in their mouths.

And what are my thoughts?  Well, I’m a mixed evaluate.  If you’re on the lookout for a cute stocking stuffer, fun shock reward toy, or plastic egg filler, Mash’ems and Fash’ems are the right items.  I’m fairly sure your kids will love them.  However, for those who’re in search of some bang on your buck in a long-lasting action-figure or doll, these are usually not the toys for you.  You may just need to direct your youngsters to a fabulous YouTube video unboxing an entire case of their favorite licensed brand.  I want to save lots of my pennies, because I would like to open up a bunch of Disney Frozen and Hello Kitty Fash’ems for y’all very soon!
